Our commitment to your safety 

Your safety comes first. To ensure your well-being and that of our employees, Le Capitole Hôtel has added additional cleaning requirements to its already strict protocols. Have a pleasant stay!

Registration

Your room will be ready as of 4:00 pm the day of your arrival. However, if you expect to arrive earlier, Le Capitole Hôtel will gladly store your baggage so that you can make the most of your day. 

Parking and baggage 

Valet parking is available at a cost of $35 plus tax per day, with in and out privileges. You can also use the Place D’Youville parking lot at a cost of $18 plus tax per day. If you wish to use Le Capitole Hôtel’s baggage service, simply park your car in the space indicated, directly in front of the Hôtel before going to the public parking lot.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel any time with a full refund 24 hours before your arrival date. If you cancel within 24 hours of your arrival, the cost of your first night’s stay will be charged.

If you wish don’t hesitate to communicate with the Concierge at concierge@lecapitole.com for any special needs or requests so that Le Capitole Hôtel can better prepare your stay.
